The Alpinestars Zaca Air Venom Waterproof Jacket in Black and Red is a pinnacle of motorcycle gear, designed to offer an optimal blend of protection, comfort, and style. This jacket features a unique combination of 3D mesh with mechanical stretch, 450D poly-fabric reinforcements, and stretch softshell inserts. The 3D mesh ensures premium breathability across the chest, back, and inner arms, while the stretch softshell inserts in the pectoral and chest areas, shoulder blades, and around the collar provide excellent range of motion and freedom of movement, making it perfect for the Tech-Air 5 Airbag System.
One of the standout features of this jacket is its detachable 2L waterproof liner, which doubles as an additional windbreaker when the weather turns cooler. This makes the Zaca Air Venom an all-season jacket that can adapt to varying weather conditions. For added convenience, the detachable hood is equipped with an air extraction channel that allows airflow to pass through, preventing it from filling up and flapping around while riding.
Safety is paramount with the Alpinestars Zaca Air Venom Waterproof Jacket. It comes equipped with Nucleon Flex Plus CE Level 1 rated shoulder, elbow, and forearm armour, providing superior impact protection. The jacket also features DFS Lite external shoulder sliders for enhanced friction control. If you are ordering goods for delivery outside the UK, please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be paid by you. It is accepted by you that Honda Direct has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. Honda Direct recommends that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order. You will be the importer of record and responsible for any import VAT and duty that needs to be paid. In addition, any charges for import clearance will be paid by you, the customer. Refunds of any returned order will be of items, not the services incurred.
Honda Direct use Royal Mail for smaller items and DHL for larger items (UK Shipping only)
Royal Mail deliveries are typically sent by Royal Mail 48 so will normally arrive within a maximum of 2-3 working days. DHL deliveries are typically made the next working day, but some remote areas may require an extra day. Express deliveries use either Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DHL depending on the items ordered. All in stock orders placed up until 9.00am are dispatched the same working day. Any in stock orders placed after 9.00am may not be dispatched until the next working day.

Returns Information
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
