The newly designed front and rear flex zones incorporate textile over-injected on 3D mesh, reinforced with soft TPU to promote forward and backward movement while providing impact protection. An innovative lateral ankle brace protection system enhances biomechanical support, ensuring optimal articulation between the calf, shin, and ankle while also protecting against sudden impacts. The Alpinestars Lace-Lock System, made from advanced polymer resin, guarantees a quick, precise, and secure closure, keeping the boots firmly in place throughout every ride.
The streamlined construction enhances control and responsiveness, allowing riders to maintain precise foot positioning on the bike’s controls. An ergonomic last design further improves fit and precision, while the internal insole incorporates a shank reinforcement for superior arch support and foot protection. The boots also feature an integrated elastic gaiter for a secure fit in all riding conditions, along with a medial side entry system that utilizes an elastic-mounted zipper and wide hook-and-loop closure for easy access and a snug fit.
Protection is at the core of the SMX-6 V3 design. A new TPU shifter zone offers superior protection on the lower medial side, while a strategically positioned, race-derived TPU shin plate ensures impact and abrasion resistance. Dual-density TPU ankle protectors are embedded between the upper material and the padded lining, providing targeted protection in critical areas. Replaceable dual-density TPU toe sliders with a secure screw-in assembly enhance protection in the outer toe area while allowing for comfortable walking.
The lightweight rubber compound sole delivers outstanding grip on the foot controls, ensuring stability and confidence at high speeds. A reinforced TPU calf bridge enhances support and protection, while the internal toe box is layered under the upper for durability and improved rider feedback. Custom Charges
If you are ordering goods for delivery outside the UK, please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be paid by you. It is accepted by you that Honda Direct has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. Honda Direct recommends that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order. You will be the importer of record and responsible for any import VAT and duty that needs to be paid. In addition, any charges for import clearance will be paid by you, the customer. Refunds of any returned order will be of items, not the services incurred.
Honda Direct use Royal Mail for smaller items and DHL for larger items (UK Shipping only)
Royal Mail deliveries are typically sent by Royal Mail 48 so will normally arrive within a maximum of 2-3 working days. DHL deliveries are typically made the next working day, but some remote areas may require an extra day. Express deliveries use either Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DHL depending on the items ordered. All in stock orders placed up until 9.00am are dispatched the same working day. Any in stock orders placed after 9.00am may not be dispatched until the next working day.

Returns Information
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
